About the Program

Play-based learning, led by an OT

Our 12-week Preschool Prep Program helps children ages 2–5 build the foundational skills they need for a successful move into preschool. Led by a licensed Occupational Therapist, the group offers individualized support in a small group setting, focusing on motor skills, sensory processing and social-emotional growth.

A typical morning

  • Movement and sensory warm-ups
  • Fine motor activities: coloring, cutting, crafts
  • Social play with peers
  • Structured transitions and routines
  • Snack time
